INTRODUCTION TO OFFICIATING
Our "Introduction to Officiating" course is an online program designed for individuals new to basketball officiating. This comprehensive course covers the fundamental principles and mechanics based on FIBA standards, ensuring participants gain a solid foundation in officiating. Through interactive modules, video demonstrations, and expert guidance, you'll learn essential techniques, positioning, signaling, and game management strategies. Ideal for aspiring referees, this course provides the knowledge and skills needed to confidently begin your journey as a basketball official.

NOCP CERTIFICATION PATHWAYS
At this stage TERA provides clear and structured certification pathways that outline the steps new officials need to take to progress in their officiating careers. This could include a series of assessments, workshops, and practical evaluations that lead to official recognition and advancement within the officiating community.

MENTORSHIP AND COACHING
In this module we pair new officials with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, feedback, and support. Regular coaching sessions and one-on-one meetings can help recruits develop their skills more quickly and navigate the challenges of officiating.

HOW TO BREAK DOWN FILM FOOTAGE
Our "How to Break Down Film Footage" service is designed to elevate your officiating skills by teaching you the art of analyzing game footage.
